Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, all customers with the status of consumer benefits from a a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt from receipt of their order, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an explicit request by e-mail to :

2. Return conditions

Products must be returned :

  • In as-new new, unused, unwashed
  • With their intact original packaging
  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

The return address will be communicated by e-mail after validation of the request.

 

 

3. Exclusions from reimbursement

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to to :

  • Products open, tried or used for health or hygiene reasons
  • Products personalized or made to order
  • Professional orders (B2B) or orders with an intra-Community VAT number.

 

 

4. Time and method of reimbursement

Once the return is received and validated, reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

The seller reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the goods have been effectively recovered or proof has been provided that they have been reshipped.

 

 

5. Non-conforming or damaged product

In the event of an order error, defective or damaged product upon delivery :

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiptwith photo(s) in support
  • After verification, the the return costs will be at our expenseand the product can be replaced or reimbursed according to your choice.

 

 

6. Order not received

If your package is indicated as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it :

  • Contact us immediately
  • The carrier will be investigated.

No refunds will be made before the end of this survey. Depending on its conclusion, a solution will be proposed (return or refund).
