How do I place an order?

Add to basket, validate your details and pay online. A confirmation e-mail is sent.

Modify or cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please write to contact@fluffin.fr as soon as possible with your order number.

Payment methods

Credit cards and options displayed at checkout. Encrypted and secure page; Fluffin does not access your card details.

Delivery times & costs

Preparation 24-48 working hours, then delivery time according to the chosen carrier. Costs are calculated at checkout.

Parcel tracking

A tracking link is sent to you upon shipment (and available from your account if you have one).

Package indicated delivered but not received

Contact us as soon as possible: we will open an investigation with the carrier and propose an appropriate solution.

Returns / right of withdrawal (14 days)

New, unused items in original packaging. Unless we make a mistake, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or damaged product

Write to us within 48 hours with photos; replacement, credit note or refund as appropriate.

Refund - time limit

After reception and control of the return, refund within 14 days via the same payment method.
