2. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products via the website fluffin.fr. They apply to all buyers acting as consumers or non-professionals.

By validating an order, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted these GTC without reservation.

 

 

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, prices). However, slight variations may occur.

Availability: offers are subject to availability.

 

 

4. Awards

Prices are given in euros (€), all taxes included. The seller is not subject to VAT in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed.

The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already validated.

 

 

5. Control

The ordering process includes :

  • Add to basket
  • Basket validation
  • Enter delivery details
  • Acceptance of T&Cs
  • Secure payment.

The customer receives a confirmation email as soon as payment has been confirmed.

 

 

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are indicated on the site (credit card, etc.). Transactions are secured via the Shopify platform.

Unpaid orders will not be shipped.

 

 

7. Delivery

Areas served : Metropolitan France (and others on request).
Indicative lead times : 3 to 10 working days.
Carriers : Colissimo, Mondial Relay or equivalent.
Delivery charges : calculated at validation stage.

The seller is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.

 

 

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

  • E-mail notification to contact@fluffin.fr
  • Products returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging
  • Return shipping at customer's expense

Refund within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

 

 

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to :

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Products opened or used for hygienic reasons

 

 

10. Legal warranties

All products benefit from :

  • Legal legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code)
  • The warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)

In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact the seller at contact@fluffin.fr.

 

 

11. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible:

  • Misuse of the product by the customer
  • Consequential damages
  • Default due to force majeure

 

 

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the site fluffin.fr (texts, photos, illustrations, logo, domain name) are protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without prior authorization.

 

 

13. Personal data

The seller undertakes to process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, in compliance with the RGPD.

 

 

14. Settlement of disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
